History and Ethos

Maltby & District Riding Club was established in the 1950’s and has provided a friendly and encouraging environment for all who attend our events.

In recent years the club has become affiliated to the British Riding Clubs, enabling members to take advantage of the associated benefits.

As a club we aim to have fun as well as cater for all equestrian disciplines and all levels of ability.

We offer a year round calendar covering a variety of events including, showing, Show Jumping, Working Hunter and Dressage. As well as competitions we offer regular training clinics.

By being a member you can benefit from reduced entry fee’s throughout the season as well as taking part in the Members Points systems that is run each year.

With a huge collection of Annual Trophies we hold a presentation evening each year based on the points scored at members shows.
