Annual Presentation Evening 2012

To be held at Rotherham Rugby Club on Saturday 18 February.

This is for the awards of the 2011 Season. The evening will include the usual presentation followed by a buffet and disco. Please book your tickets in advance.

This is a great social evening for club members, friends and family are very welcome ! 

We will not be publishing the results prior to the night but we will make available a list of award winners.

Membership Update

At the AGM it was agreed that we will no longer be running seperate Members Shows due to low attendance at these events during 2011. Therefore all members points will be awarded to Members at our Open Events and there will be special awards for the highest placed members (we have yet to agree what).

By doing this we can run addition training and fun events. Have you got an idea on what you would like to see ? If so please email your suggestions to news@maltbyridingclub.co.uk or give a member of the comittee a call. The committee will be meeting on 18 January to agree this so please let us have your idea’s !

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year ! The 2012 Membership is now due, we are pleased to confirm that there is no increase in the cost of Membership this year.

Return of Trophies

If you have any trophies from the 2010 Season Presentation please can you arrange to return these to Jo Aykrpoyd asap, please call  07950 468675 to arrange the return of these.

Your help in the early return of the trophies will be much appreciated.

Helpers – We need you !

MDRC are organised and run by a volunteer committee, who give up huge amounts of time to ensure that members and visitors to our club enjoy the events. In recent years we, as well as a lot of local riding clubs have seen a decline in the number of people willing to give their spare time.

In order for us to guarantee that 0ur events will run in 2011 we need to secure help from our members and supporters.

We have a new page on the website dedicated to helpers, on this page you will see details of events and what help is needed at them. Please  keep an eye on this page and let us know when you can help.
